It operates under Minor Hotels, an international hospitality group managing hotels and resorts across Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and other regions. Minor Hotels includes brands such as Oaks, Avani, Anantara, NH Hotels, and Tivoli. The company provides opportunities across food and beverage, culinary services, housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and guest services. Destination Guide

Australia offers hospitality work in resorts, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and seasonal destinations, with strong opportunities in cities, coastal areas, and regional tourism regions such as the Hunter Valley. The culture is generally relaxed, multicultural, direct, and outdoors-focused. Lifestyle highlights include beaches, national parks, sport, cafés, and wine regions, although living costs can be high in major cities. Working holiday visas may suit eligible young travellers, while employer-sponsored, skilled, or student visas may provide other pathways depending on qualifications and nationality. Applicants should check current requirements with the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Relocating to the Hunter Valley usually requires planning for transport, accommodation, tax-file registration, banking, and health insurance. A car can be useful because regional public transport is limited, and early kitchen shifts may make commuting especially important.
