Job Description

The Director of Food & Beverage leads all dining, bar, banquet and room-service operations at NH Collection Sydney. The role typically requires substantial experience in luxury or upscale hospitality, strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service, financial budgeting, cost control, menu development, guest relations and team leadership. Candidates should demonstrate commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high service standards in a busy hotel environment. The successful applicant is expected to develop revenue strategies, coach department managers, manage staffing and supplier relationships, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and create memorable guest experiences.
