Capgemini is a major SAP partner and supports clients with SAP implementations, upgrades, integrations, application management and cloud transformation, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions. The company operates across Australia and works with clients in sectors such as financial services, government, manufacturing, utilities, retail and telecommunications. Destination Guide

Australia offers strong opportunities for SAP professionals, particularly in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra, where consulting, government, finance, mining and major enterprise projects create demand. Workplace culture is generally professional but approachable, with emphasis on teamwork, direct communication, practical problem-solving and work-life balance. Lifestyle varies from busy city living to quieter coastal or regional communities, with good public services, outdoor activities and diverse food and cultural scenes. Skilled technology workers may consider employer-sponsored visas, the Skilled Independent visa, state-nominated pathways or regional programs, depending on occupation lists, qualifications, experience, English ability and points. Visa rules change, so applicants should check current requirements through the Australian Department of Home Affairs or a registered migration agent. Relocation costs, housing availability and health insurance should be reviewed carefully, especially in Sydney and Melbourne.
