Job Description

Capgemini is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, integration and support of Oracle EBS solutions. The role typically requires strong experience with Oracle EBS architecture, technical delivery, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, workflows, interfaces, APIs, integrations and technical documentation. Experience leading implementation or support teams, managing stakeholders and working within structured delivery methodologies is expected. Candidates should be able to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions, provide technical direction, troubleshoot complex issues, manage risks and contribute to continuous improvement. Knowledge of Oracle databases, related middleware, cloud integration and Australian client environments would be advantageous. Strong communication, leadership and consulting skills are essential.
