Job Description

The Executive – Production role is responsible for coordinating daily manufacturing activities, monitoring production plans, meeting output and quality targets, and ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and machinery. Candidates are generally expected to hold a degree or diploma in apparel manufacturing, textile technology, industrial engineering, or a related field, with relevant experience in production operations. Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, quality standards, workplace safety, and performance monitoring is valuable. The role requires leadership, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced factory environment. Willingness to work shifts and collaborate with technical, quality, and supply chain teams is also expected.
