Job Description

This role is suited to a commercially minded technology professional who can identify, develop and integrate innovative textile solutions within MAS INN. Typical requirements include a degree in textile technology, engineering, business, innovation or a related discipline; experience in product development, emerging technologies, textile manufacturing or entrepreneurship; and strong project-management, analytical and communication skills. The candidate is expected to research market and technology trends, work with internal teams and external partners, assess new business opportunities, support prototypes and pilots, and convert promising concepts into practical, scalable solutions. Creativity, ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to work across technical and commercial environments will be important.
