Job Description

The Bulk Merchandiser is responsible for managing apparel orders from order confirmation through production, shipment, and delivery. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in apparel, merchandising, supply chain, or a related field, together with experience in garment merchandising, production coordination, costing, and customer communication. Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, quality standards, critical-path management, and enterprise systems is valuable. The candidate is expected to coordinate effectively with buyers, suppliers, factories, technical teams, quality departments, and logistics partners; monitor timelines and budgets; resolve production issues promptly; maintain accurate records; and support on-time delivery. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced export manufacturing environment.
