Job Description

The Executive – Quality Assurance is expected to support quality standards across apparel manufacturing processes, from raw materials and production to final inspection. Typical requirements include a degree, diploma, or professional qualification in textile, apparel, quality management, or a related field, along with experience in garment quality assurance, factory audits, AQL inspection, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. The candidate should understand customer specifications, compliance requirements, quality systems, and production documentation. Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are important. The role requires regular coordination with production, technical, merchandising, and factory teams, attention to detail, willingness to work to deadlines, and the ability to identify recurring defects and drive sustainable improvements.
