Job Description

This internship is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate interested in human resources and office administration. Typical requirements include good communication and organizational skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with employees and HR teams. Responsibilities may include maintaining personnel records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, preparing reports, coordinating HR activities, assisting with employee inquiries, and handling general administrative tasks. The candidate is expected to be professional, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment. Fluency in English is generally useful, while Sinhala or Tamil may be advantageous.
