Executive - Shift Administrator

Job Description

The Executive – Shift Administrator is expected to coordinate daily shift administration within a manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth communication between production, support functions and employees. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in business administration, human resources, manufacturing management or a related field, along with experience in factory or shift-based operations. The candidate should be comfortable preparing reports, maintaining attendance and shift records, coordinating transport or welfare matters, supporting supervisors and handling employee concerns. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are important. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and respond calmly to operational issues while promoting company policies, discipline, safety and employee engagement.
