Job Description

This internship is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate interested in human resources and office administration. Typical responsibilities may include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, preparing HR documents, coordinating meetings and training activities, assisting with attendance and leave administration, and responding to employee queries. Candidates are generally expected to have strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with different teams are important. Previous HR or administrative experience may be helpful but is usually not essential for an internship.
