Job Description

The Commis Pastry – Jajanan Pasar supports the pastry kitchen in preparing traditional Indonesian snacks and desserts, including market-style cakes, sweets, and other local specialties. Typical requirements include a culinary or pastry background, basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, portion control, and safe kitchen practices. Previous hotel or bakery experience is helpful but entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered.
