Job Description

The Service Manager – Procurement (Non-Food Buyer) is responsible for sourcing and purchasing non-food goods for hotel operations, including supplies, equipment, amenities, and services. Requirements typically include a degree in business, supply chain, hospitality, or a related field, together with several years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in a hotel or large organization. The successful candidate should understand supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract management, inventory coordination, cost control, and purchasing procedures.
