Job Description

The Director of Food & Beverage leads all restaurant, bar, banquet, and resort dining operations at Shangri-La Hambantota. The role typically requires extensive experience in luxury hotels or resorts, strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, menu planning, service standards, cost control, and team leadership. Candidates should have excellent communication and commercial skills, a guest-focused approach, and the ability to work with multicultural teams. The successful candidate is expected to improve revenue and profitability, maintain Shangri-La service standards, coach department leaders, ensure food safety and compliance, and create memorable dining experiences.
