Job Description

The Director of Sales – Corporate is responsible for driving corporate business and revenue for Shangri-La Singapore. The role typically requires a degree or diploma in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, together with substantial hotel sales experience and a strong network of corporate accounts. The successful candidate should understand Singapore’s business and hospitality markets, manage key accounts, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills are expected. Experience with luxury hotels, international companies, travel management firms, and corporate events is advantageous. The candidate must be commercially focused, professionally presented, proactive, and comfortable working with senior clients and cross-functional hotel teams.
