Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports Shangri-La Singapore’s sales team with client communication, proposals, contracts, quotations, meeting arrangements, database updates and administrative follow-up. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel sales, business administration or a related field, along with strong organisational and communication skills. Hospitality experience, knowledge of sales systems and confidence using Microsoft Office are advantageous. The role requires accuracy, initiative, professional presentation and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. The successful candidate is expected to provide responsive service to corporate and leisure clients and work closely with other hotel departments.
