Destination Guide

Sri Lanka offers opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, tourism, IT, finance, education, healthcare, and renewable energy, with strong demand in Colombo and coastal destinations such as Hambantota, Galle, and Bentota. The culture combines Sinhalese, Tamil, Muslim, and colonial influences, with Buddhist traditions, colorful festivals, cricket, and a welcoming social atmosphere. Lifestyle varies from busy urban living to relaxed beaches, wildlife areas, and hill-country towns. Living costs are generally moderate, though imported goods and upscale housing can be expensive.
