The brand is known for personalised service, comfortable accommodation, extensive dining facilities and resort experiences built around its Asian heritage. Engineering teams play an important role in maintaining guest comfort, plant-room reliability, safety compliance and efficient energy use. Destination Guide

Malaysia offers opportunities in luxury hotels, resorts, facilities management, construction, tourism and engineering, particularly in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu and Johor. Island locations such as Langkawi and Penang provide a relaxed lifestyle, warm weather, beaches, outdoor activities and diverse Malay, Chinese and Indian cultural influences. Living costs are usually moderate, although imported goods and accommodation in popular resort areas can be expensive. English is widely used in hospitality, while Malay is the national language. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored Employment Pass, with the company handling approval and immigration procedures; do not begin work before approval. Relocating staff should check accommodation, healthcare, schooling, transport and dependent-pass arrangements. Malaysia has excellent food, welcoming communities and good regional flight connections, but tropical heat, heavy rain and island-season fluctuations should be considered.
