Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations across assigned outlets, ensuring efficient service, high guest satisfaction, and compliance with Shangri-La standards. Typical requirements include relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations, supervisory experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and good communication skills. The successful candidate should be customer-focused, well organised, and comfortable coaching team members, managing shifts, handling guest feedback, and coordinating with the kitchen and other departments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Food safety awareness, professional presentation, and the ability to remain calm during busy service periods are important. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and hospitality procedures is advantageous.
