Job Description

The Service Manager – F&B is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, maintaining service standards, managing team performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates should have relevant hotel or restaurant experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and proven supervisory or managerial skills. Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and financial awareness are expected. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with a professional presentation and the ability to coach colleagues. Experience in an international luxury hotel and knowledge of local and international dining standards would be advantageous.
