Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms, corridors, service areas and facilities meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Requirements typically include hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory skills, attention to detail, good communication and the ability to train and motivate team members. Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, room inspections, inventory control and hotel operating systems is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate room attendants, respond promptly to guest requests, report maintenance issues, manage supplies and maintain safe working practices. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is required.
