Job Description

The Service Leader – Procurement (Non-Food) is responsible for sourcing and purchasing non-food supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining quality, value, and reliable delivery. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in procurement, supply chain, business, hospitality management, or a related field, together with relevant hotel or purchasing experience. Strong negotiation, vendor-management, communication, organization, and analytical skills are expected. The successful candidate should be familiar with purchasing procedures, supplier evaluation, inventory controls, contracts, and hotel operating standards. They should be ethical, commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to work with departments and suppliers under deadlines. Experience with procurement systems and knowledge of Philippine suppliers would be advantageous.
