The Lifeguard is responsible for supervising swimming pools and other aquatic areas, ensuring guest safety, enforcing pool rules, responding quickly to emergencies and providing first aid when required. Candidates should hold a valid lifeguard or pool-rescue certification, have current CPR and first-aid training, strong swimming ability and good physical fitness. Previous experience in a hotel, resort or leisure facility is preferred. The role requires alertness, sound judgment, clear communication and a friendly, professional approach to guests. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected, along with reliable teamwork and careful completion of safety checks and incident reports.
