Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily operation of a hotel restaurant, bar, or dining outlet. Candidates typically need experience in food and beverage service, supervisory responsibilities, guest relations, staff scheduling, and basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and cost control. A hospitality diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, along with good spoken English and strong communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Shangri-La expects the successful candidate to lead by example, maintain service standards, resolve guest concerns professionally, coach team members, monitor outlet presentation, and help achieve revenue and guest-satisfaction targets. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
