Job Description

The Assistant Human Resources Manager supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, payroll administration and compliance with Malaysian employment regulations. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, along with several years of hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong communication, organisation, confidentiality and problem-solving skills are expected. The successful candidate should be approachable, service-oriented and comfortable working with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience with HR systems, labour law, staff engagement and hotel operations would be advantageous.
