Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Manager, Human Resources supports the hotel’s people strategy and daily HR operations. Responsibilities typically include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, policy implementation, HR reporting, and compliance with Singapore employment legislation. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience in hotel or service-industry HR. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices, communication skills, discretion, organization, and the ability to work with employees at all levels are expected. Experience with HR systems and handling a multicultural workforce would be advantageous.
