Job Description

The Human Resources Supervisor supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, benefits, training coordination and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, hospitality management or a related field, with several years of hotel HR experience and good knowledge of local labor practices. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills are expected, along with discretion when handling confidential information. Experience with HR systems, payroll administration and employee relations is valuable. The successful candidate should be approachable, service-minded and able to support colleagues and management in a busy, multicultural Shangri-La environment.
