The Customer Sales Agent is expected to handle customer enquiries, promote Shangri-La products and services, convert enquiries into bookings or sales, and provide accurate, friendly assistance through telephone or digital channels. Candidates typically need strong spoken and written English, customer service or sales experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet performance targets. Company Info

Shangri-La Group is a leading luxury hospitality company headquartered in Hong Kong, operating hotels, resorts, and related businesses across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and other international markets. Its portfolio includes the Shangri-La, Kerry, JEN, and Traders brands. The company is known for warm Asian hospitality, high service standards, and carefully designed guest experiences. In the Philippines, Shangri-La properties are established in major destinations such as Manila, Cebu, and Boracay, offering accommodation, dining, events, wellness, and leisure services. Employees generally work in a structured international environment with opportunities to develop careers in hotel operations, reservations, sales, food and beverage, guest services, and corporate support functions.

Destination Guide

The Philippines offers hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, reservations, and business-process outsourcing opportunities, especially in Manila, Cebu, Boracay, Palawan, and other major resort destinations. Filipino culture is welcoming, family-oriented, and community-minded, with English widely used in workplaces. Lifestyle varies from busy urban living to relaxed coastal communities; costs are generally lower than in many Western countries, though central Manila and popular tourist islands can be expensive. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored work permit and appropriate visa, while Filipino citizens can work without these requirements. Relocating involves arranging accommodation, healthcare, banking, transport, and local registration. Weather is tropical, with a dry season and a rainy season, and transport can be congested in large cities. Candidates should confirm salary, housing, transportation, insurance, and visa support directly with Shangri-La before accepting an offer.
