Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La Singapore. Requirements typically include previous hotel or security experience, supervisory capability, good communication skills, sound knowledge of emergency procedures and relevant Singapore licensing or regulatory requirements. The successful candidate should be physically fit, alert, calm under pressure and comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Duties may include supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, preparing reports, supporting investigations and coordinating with the police or emergency services. A service-oriented attitude, integrity, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally are essential.
