Job Description

The Compliance Checking Officer supports BDO Unibank’s compliance framework by reviewing transactions, documents, and operational activities against internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money-laundering standards. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; strong attention to detail; analytical and documentation skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Banking, audit, KYC, AML, or compliance experience is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to identify exceptions, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, protect confidential information, meet review deadlines, and communicate findings clearly with relevant departments.
