Business Analyst

Job Description

The Business Analyst will work with clients and delivery teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, define requirements, and translate them into practical technology or operational solutions. Typical responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, process mapping, documentation, data analysis, supporting solution design, and assisting with testing and implementation. Accenture generally expects strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage priorities in a consulting environment. A degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline is usually preferred. Experience with requirements gathering, process improvement, Agile delivery, and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, or visualization platforms can be advantageous.
