Job Description

The Windows SME is responsible for designing, administering, supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server and desktop environments. Typical requirements include strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, patching, monitoring, backup and endpoint management. Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, ITIL processes and enterprise incident and change management is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to provide reliable technical support, resolve complex problems, document solutions, contribute to infrastructure improvements and work effectively with clients and distributed delivery teams. Strong communication, analytical thinking, security awareness and the ability to participate in on-call or out-of-hours support may also be required.
