Job Description

The E&I Supervisor leads electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities on industrial or infrastructure projects. Requirements typically include a relevant electrical or instrumentation trade qualification, strong knowledge of Australian standards, permits, isolation procedures, drawings and quality documentation, plus substantial supervisory experience in construction, maintenance or commissioning. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate crews and subcontractors, monitor productivity and safety, resolve site issues, maintain schedule and quality standards, and communicate effectively with project management and clients. Experience in heavy industry, energy, resources, utilities or remote and FIFO projects is advantageous. Australian work rights, relevant licences and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety are generally required.
