Job Description

The Director, International HEOR & HTA, Immunology leads health economics and outcomes research and health technology assessment strategy for Novartis immunology medicines across international markets. Requirements typically include an advanced degree in health economics, economics, outcomes research, public health, pharmacy, medicine, or a related discipline; substantial pharmaceutical experience; strong knowledge of payer evidence, reimbursement systems, cost-effectiveness methods, and HTA submissions; and experience working across global and local teams. The successful candidate is expected to shape evidence-generation plans, translate clinical and economic data into compelling value propositions, advise on access strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and lead multidisciplinary projects. Strong communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and international collaboration skills are essential.
