Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Pattern Planning and Rostering supports Qantas workforce and operational planning by developing efficient staffing patterns, rosters and resource plans. The role typically requires strong analytical and numerical skills, experience with rostering, workforce planning or airline operations, and confidence using Excel, reporting tools and planning systems. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting complex operational data, identifying risks, testing planning scenarios and presenting practical recommendations to stakeholders.
