Job Description

The Product Designer will help create and improve digital products and customer experiences across Qantas. Requirements typically include relevant experience in product or UX/UI design, a strong portfolio, proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and knowledge of user-centred design, research, interaction design and usability principles. The candidate is expected to work closely with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders, translate customer needs into practical solutions, contribute to design systems and communicate ideas clearly. Experience designing complex digital journeys, working in agile teams and using data or customer insights to inform decisions would be advantageous. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, visual communication and attention to detail are important.
