This internship is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate studying Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Familiarity with Excel and other analytical tools is useful, while knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or garment manufacturing is an advantage. The role requires strong numerical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, clear communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced factory environment.
