Job Description

The Executive - Administration is expected to support the smooth running of administrative activities, workplace services, documentation, facilities coordination, vendor communication and employee-related arrangements. Candidates should typically have a diploma or degree in business administration, management or a related field, together with relevant administrative experience. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate records. The role requires discretion, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines. Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment, knowledge of company procedures and a service-oriented attitude would be advantageous.
