The Maintenance Intern will support the engineering and maintenance team in keeping factory machinery, production equipment, electrical systems, and utilities operating safely and efficiently. Typical requirements include an ongoing or recently completed diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or industrial engineering, basic technical knowledge, computer literacy, and a willingness to learn. The candidate is expected to assist with preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, documentation, and workplace improvement activities. Good communication, teamwork, discipline, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment are important. Flexibility to work shifts or at different plant locations may also be required.
