The Food & Beverage Intern supports daily operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, and room-service areas. Typical requirements include current enrollment in, or recent completion of, hospitality, tourism, or a related program; good English communication; a professional appearance; teamwork; and a genuine interest in guest service. Knowledge of additional languages and previous hospitality experience may be helpful. The intern is expected to assist with table service, set-up and clearing, order taking, guest requests, hygiene standards, and basic administrative tasks while following Marriott and hotel procedures. Flexibility is important, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
