Job Description

The F&B Outlet Supervisor oversees daily restaurant or bar operations, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Marriott standards. Requirements typically include hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory food and beverage role, strong communication skills, knowledge of service procedures, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate is expected to lead and motivate team members, coordinate table service, handle guest concerns professionally, monitor cleanliness and food safety, support training, manage opening and closing duties, and assist with stock and cash controls.
