Job Description

The Beverage Manager oversees all beverage operations across the resort, including bars, restaurants, banquets and in-room service. Requirements typically include several years of experience in beverage or food and beverage management, strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, inventory control and service standards, along with excellent communication skills. Experience in an upscale hotel or resort and relevant hospitality training is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach the team, maintain quality and responsible-service standards, manage costs and suppliers, develop beverage menus, and deliver memorable guest experiences. Flexibility, cultural awareness, attention to detail and the ability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays are important.
