Job Description

The Cluster Accounts Payable Officer manages invoice processing, payment preparation, supplier records, expense documentation, and reconciliation for multiple Marriott properties. Candidates should have accounting experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment, along with sound knowledge of accounts payable procedures, basic financial controls, and accounting software. Good English communication, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organization, and confidentiality are expected. Familiarity with Thai tax documents, VAT, withholding tax, and hotel finance systems is advantageous. The role requires someone dependable who can meet deadlines, investigate discrepancies, work cooperatively with purchasing and finance teams, and maintain accurate records while handling several properties and competing priorities.
