Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, follows recipes and service standards, maintains bar cleanliness, handles guest requests, and supports inventory control. Candidates should have relevant bar or hospitality experience, knowledge of beverages and responsible alcohol service, good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Marriott expects candidates to deliver warm, attentive service, work effectively with the restaurant team, follow hygiene and safety procedures, operate point-of-sale systems accurately, and create a welcoming guest experience.
