Job Description

The F&B Coordinator supports the food and beverage department with administrative and operational coordination. Typical requirements include previous hospitality or food and beverage experience, good English communication, strong organization, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage schedules, records, reports, purchase requests, and internal correspondence. The successful candidate is expected to work closely with restaurants, bars, kitchen, finance, purchasing, and management teams; maintain accuracy and confidentiality; respond promptly to requests; and provide professional service in a fast-paced resort environment. Flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, cultural awareness, and willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays are important. Resort experience and familiarity with Marriott systems may be advantageous.
