The Assistant Chief Steward supports the Chief Steward in managing kitchen stewarding operations at TA'AKTANA Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. Responsibilities typically include supervising stewards, coordinating dishwashing and cleaning duties, maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards, controlling equipment and chemical supplies, and supporting safe, efficient kitchen operations. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel or resort stewarding, preferably in a supervisory position, along with knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory control, and workplace safety. Good leadership, organization, teamwork, communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts are expected. Experience with luxury hospitality and familiarity with Marriott standards would be advantageous.
