Candidates should be enrolled in a relevant university or college programme, such as accounting, finance, business administration or hospitality management, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organisation and good attention to detail. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work cooperatively in a hotel environment are expected. The successful intern should be reliable, professional, comfortable handling routine deadlines and prepared to follow Marriott and hotel financial procedures.
