Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, responds to requests, provides local information, and coordinates with housekeeping and other hotel departments. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional presentation, attention to detail, and confidence using hotel systems. Previous front-office or hospitality experience is helpful, although training may be provided. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to represent The Ritz-Carlton’s luxury service standards, remain calm under pressure, protect guest privacy, resolve concerns courteously, and create personalised and memorable experiences.
