Job Description

The Accounting Clerk supports the hotel’s finance department by processing invoices, recording transactions, maintaining financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and preparing routine reports. The role generally requires a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial controls. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is beneficial. Candidates should be detail-oriented, numerate, organized, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting systems. The position also requires confidentiality, accuracy, good communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy hotel environment. Familiarity with Marriott procedures and experience working with multicultural teams would be an advantage.
