Job Description

The Beverage & Food Supervisor supports daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring friendly service, accurate orders, consistent food and beverage quality, and compliance with Marriott and health standards. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant, along with good English communication and supervisory skills. Knowledge of food safety, beverage service, point-of-sale systems, stock control, and staff scheduling is valuable. The role requires a professional appearance, strong customer-service instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to coach team members while remaining calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
